The patient felt his teeth were too small and wanted to correct the staining of his existing fillings which were done as a teenager to close the spaces between his teeth. By replacing his existing fillings with crowns and veneers, we were able to gain a more esthetic length and width ratio for his teeth while at the same time making his teeth appear more uniform.

The patient was in a wreck and after braces was told that this was as close as they could come to making the right side of her teeth touch and she would never be able to chew on her right side normally again. She has always had a very uncomfortable bite because she could only hit on the left side of her mouth and wanted to know if we could correct that. We mounted casts of her teeth, utilized muscular deprogrammers and diagnostic wax-ups to ensure we could come up with a plan to achieve both an esthetic and functional result she would be happy with. After coming up with a plan we were able to utilize all porcelain crowns on both the top and bottom arch to gain the appropriate bilateral contact on her upper and lower right side to make her comfortable while chewing.
